At least twenty one people have been killed and other 44 have gone missing in the flood and landslides in Surkhet district on Friday.
Hit Prasad Poudel said , one Administrative Officer, 9 people in Surkhet Valley, 4 in Babiyachaur, 3 in Tarangana and Two in Satakahni and one each in both Matela and Sahare have died in landslides. 22 peoples from Tatapani an western part of Surkhet have gone missing in the flood. The information of the damages made by landslides has not yet come said Poudel.
