NEA( Nepal Electricity Authority) has increased load shedding hrs. effective from tomorrow on Saturday.
As per the new timetable there will be 60 hours load shedding in a week. NEA said that the decision was taken quoting the damage occurred in the power house & transmission lines of Sunkoshi Hydropower Project by few week massive landslides in Juri, Mankha VCD. As per NEA, the landslide has damage in the dams of project accordingly halting the supply of 67 megawatt of electric power generated by the project.
