Reduce cancer risk in five ways through the foods you eat

As the specialists say, we can reduce the danger of cancer through these 5 food advices. It includes which food to consume and which to not in order to reduce the risk.

The vegetables contain very good nutrition and shielding compounds called phytochemical that helps reduce the danger of cancer. Talalay found the chemical in broccoli in 1990s.
